You will be allowed to send photos and letters to an inmate in the Yakima County Juvenile Justice Center. These items will be required to be sent to the Yakima County Juvenile Justice Center by the United States Postal Service.

Visitation

To be eligible to visit an offender in the Yakima County Juvenile Justice Center, you will be required to have a photo ID and be a minimum of 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to come to the Yakima County Juvenile Justice Center with your legal guardian.

You will need to behave when visiting an inmate, if you are disturbing other visitors, you may be asked to leave and even banned from visiting the Yakima County Juvenile Justice Center.

All visits are by appointment only. When making an appointment, you will need to add everyone that will be visiting the inmate. If you are not on the appointment, you will not be allowed to visit the inmate.

Visitation for Class D females will be permitted to have only a single contact visit each week. These visits can be held on Wednesdays and Sundays from 8 pm to 8:30 pm and 8:45 pm to 9:15 pm.
